Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Leads Bridge Marketing Inc. (“Leads Bridge Marketing,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is a Delaware corporation that provides lead generation services to residential insulation contractors in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through www.leadsbridgemarketing.com (the “Website”), which is directed to businesses, and through our communications with contractors and prospective contractor customers.

This Policy does not cover information we collect from homeowners through our consumer website, www.insulationassist.com. That information is covered by the Insulation Assist Privacy Policy at www.insulationassist.com/privacy.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

If you contact us, request information, sign up as a contractor customer, or communicate with us, we may collect:

• Your name, job title, and business name
• Business email address, business phone number, and mobile number
• Business address and the postal codes or areas you serve
• Services you offer and information about your business
• Billing and payment-related information, which is typically processed by our payment providers
• The content of your messages and your communication preferences

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, date, time, and duration of visits, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring websites or ads, form activity, and cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.

2.3 Records of communications

We keep records of emails, text messages, and calls with you, including consent and opt-out records. Calls may be recorded where permitted by law, and we will give any notice or obtain any consent the law requires.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
• Set up, manage, and bill contractor accounts and deliver lead information to contractors in batches, and in the future through CRM integrations or a contractor portal
• Communicate about our services, accounts, and service area availability
• Send marketing communications where permitted by law and with any consent required
• Operate, secure, and improve the Website and our services
• Measure the performance of our advertising
• Detect and prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with law
• Create aggregated or deidentified information for analysis and reporting

4. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that help us operate, including:

• HighLevel, which we use for customer relationship management, text messaging, calling, email, and analytics
• Google Workspace, which we use for email and general business operations
• Payment processors and providers of hosting, security, and similar services

These providers may use personal information only to provide services to us.

We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, the Google pixel (Google Ads), and Google Analytics, as described in Section 6. We do not sell business contact information we collect from contractors.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or a government request; to protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business.

5. Homeowner information we provide to contractors

If you are a contractor customer, we provide you with homeowner information for each lead, which includes the homeowner’s name, email address, phone number, postal code, and other information the homeowner gave us. Each lead is provided to one contractor only. Under our agreements with contractors:

• You may use the information only to respond to the homeowner’s request
• You may not resell, rent, or share the information with others
• You must honor opt-out, do-not-call, and do-not-contact requests
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your contact with homeowners, including telemarketing and text messaging laws, and for your own handling of the information after you receive it

Once you receive homeowner information, you are responsible for it. We do not currently forward homeowner opt-out or deletion requests to contractors.

6. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

The Website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, the Google pixel, and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Website and to measure and improve our advertising. These providers may receive information such as your IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, and actions taken, and may use it under their own policies. Sharing this information may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts, or use industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info. Where required by law, we will treat a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sharing for that browser or device.

7. Email, text, and phone communications

We may contact you by email, phone, or text message about our services. We will send marketing text messages only with the consent the law requires. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. We keep a limited record of opt-outs so we can honor them.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information until you ask us to delete it. If you submit a verifiable deletion request, we will delete your information within 90 days of receiving it, except for information we must or may keep under applicable law, such as records of your opt-out, billing and tax records, and records needed to resolve disputes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, obtain a copy in a portable format, opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, withdraw consent, and appeal our decision on a request. To make a request, email admin@insulationassist.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call 888 907 6707. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law. If we deny a request, we will explain why and, where the law gives you a right to appeal, how to appeal. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising these rights.

We review the laws of each state before offering services there and will apply the privacy rights required for the states in which we operate. We do not sell personal information of anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information through the Website.

11. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Links, international users, and changes

The Website may link to third-party websites with their own privacy practices, which this Policy does not cover. Our services are intended for the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where the law requires, give additional notice or obtain your consent.
